Welcome to Dreams Gate Staycation Villas.

At Dreams Gate, we are committed to providing a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable booking experience for all our guests. This Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, booking modifications, security deposits, occupancy limits, check-in and check-out procedures, and house rules applicable to all stays booked through Dreams Gate Staycation Villas.

These terms are designed to ensure fairness, protect the interests of both our guests and Dreams Gate, and help maintain the quality, safety, security, and comfort of our properties.

By making a reservation through our website or any of our official booking channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• A reservation fee of 50% of the total booking amount has been successfully received.
• The guest has provided a valid Qatar ID (QID) or Passport.
• The reservation has been confirmed by Dreams Gate Staycation Villas.

The remaining balance must be paid before or during check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit & Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• Cash (Office Payments)

Payments processed through our website are encrypted and secured through our authorized payment gateway.

Dreams Gate does not store customers’ complete payment card information. All online payment transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption and are subject to the payment gateway provider’s security standards and applicable payment regulations.

3. Reservation Fee

The reservation fee is required to secure your selected villa or apartment.

Once payment has been received, your selected dates will no longer be available for other guests.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of QAR 1,000 (Cash Only) is required during check-in.

The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out inspection, provided that:

• No damages have occurred.
• No furniture or items are missing.
• Excessive cleaning is not required.
• All House Rules have been followed.

Dreams Gate reserves the right to deduct repair, replacement, cleaning, damage, smoking, or any other applicable costs from the security deposit where necessary.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Late check-out may incur additional charges unless approved in advance.

Guests are required to visit our office first to complete payment, security deposit, registration, and key collection before proceeding to the property.

6. Cancellation Policy

The reservation fee is non-refundable.

However, guests may transfer the reservation to another available date or another Dreams Gate property provided that:

• The request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Availability exists.
• Any applicable rate difference is paid.
• The booking is transferred only once.

Requests received within 7 days of arrival are not eligible for date changes.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior approval shall be considered a No-Show.

The reservation fee will be forfeited, and the booking will be cancelled.

8. Refund Policy

Reservation fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are not normally provided except where:

• Required by applicable laws or regulations.
• Dreams Gate Staycation Villas cancels the reservation and is unable to provide suitable alternative accommodation.
• Duplicate payments have been successfully verified.
• A verified payment processing error has occurred.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, the guest’s card issuer, and the guest’s financial institution.

9. Modification Policy

Bookings may be modified only once.

Modification requests must be submitted at least 7 days before arrival.

Changes remain subject to:

• Availability
• Seasonal pricing
• Applicable rate differences

Dreams Gate reserves the right to decline modification requests that do not meet these conditions.

10. Occupancy Policy

Villa rates include up to 35 guests.

Apartment occupancy depends on the selected apartment, generally ranging from 5 to 20 guests.

Groups exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy may be charged additional fees or may require prior approval before arrival.

11. House Rules

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, the following House Rules apply to every Dreams Gate property.

Property Care: Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, appliances, and amenities with reasonable care. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their actions or those of their visitors.

Occupancy: Only the number of guests included in the confirmed reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained from Dreams Gate.

Noise & Disturbance: Guests must respect neighboring properties and avoid excessive noise or loud music.

Parties & Events: Parties or events are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from Dreams Gate.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property unless otherwise designated.

Pets: Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved by Dreams Gate prior to arrival.

Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity or conduct that violates the laws of the State of Qatar is strictly prohibited.

Property Alterations: Guests may not move furniture or make alterations without prior approval.

Check-Out Responsibilities: Guests should return all keys, leave the property reasonably clean, and report any accidental damage.

Personal Belongings: Dreams Gate shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings.

Breach of House Rules may result in deductions from the security deposit, additional charges, cancellation without refund, removal from the property, or restrictions on future bookings.
